REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Our policy lasts thirty (30) days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot guarantee you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in an unused condition and must be in the products original packaging.

There are situations where a refund may be declined, or only partial refund granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Decorative Lighting Company’s error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase

To make a claim for a refund or exchange.

  1. Repackage the item(s) and return send to the Decorative Lighting Company headquarters.

  1. Ensure a copy of your original invoice is emailed to the team and/or placed inside the package been redelivered.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received Decorative Lighting Company will inspect the goods, we will either contact you by phone or send an email to notify you that the goods have been received. We will also notify you of the approval to refund.

If a refund is approved Decorative Lighting Company will require details or your original method of payment. This will require you to provide either your Credit Card number, or Bank details (BSB & Account #). Once these details have been provided a payment into your account will be made within seven (7) days.

To complete the process Decorative Lighting Company will provide (by email) a copy of an eftpos refund docket, or payment remittance.

Decorative Lighting Company highlights that our company does not refund the cost of delivery freight, nor any cost that may be incurred for redelivery back to our headquarters.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund first check your bank account again. Bank transfer refunds can take up to three (3) days to process.

Please note that refund payments made to your credit card companies may take up to seven (7) days for this refund to be officially processed.
